across mechanical, electrical, and construction sectors, we will ensure greater product diversity, competitive
pricing, and superior service availability to our clients.
2. Develop Strategic Joint Ventures & International Partnerships
We plan to establish joint ventures and strategic partnerships with regional and international firms to bring
advanced technologies, engineering methods, and niche services to Qatar. These collaborations will allow us to tap
into global expertise and bid for mega-projects in infrastructure, healthcare, and smart city developments.
3. Strengthen Facilities Management & Maintenance Division
We plan to grow our capabilities in preventive and reactive maintenance for residential, commercial, and healthcare
facilities. With Qatar’s increasing demand for long-term asset management, we aim to offer annual maintenance
contracts (AMCs) and tech-enabled monitoring systems.
4. Expand into Specialized Sectors (Healthcare, Data Centers, Oil & Gas)
We are preparing to enter specialized contracting sectors such as healthcare infrastructure, MEP for data centers,
and civil support services in oil & gas. These high-margin, high-tech sectors will boost our value proposition and
profitability.
